PURE FITNESS CLASSES Power Pilates: £2 members, £4 non-members A power fitness pilates class, that tones and tightens the entire body and strengthens the core to the max. Kettle Bell: Every Monday evening 10.00am - 11.00am non members £3 Pure X Interval Training: Tuesday 7.30pm-8.30pm Members £10 for four weeks, non members £20 for four weeks Circuit Training: Friday 10am-11am Non members £3 Running Club: Dates and times to be arranged.
